Michael Hall Jr. Arrested Following Domestic Dispute
Michael Hall Jr., a promising second-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft by the Cleveland Browns, found himself in legal trouble on Tuesday. Hall was arrested by the Avon Police in Ohio following a domestic dispute involving his girlfriend.

The confrontation intensified when Hall followed his girlfriend into a game room, carrying either a .40 caliber Glock 23 or a 9mm Smith & Wesson M&P Shield handgun. During the altercation, Hall was reported to have said, "I will f---ing end it all. I don't care," and called his girlfriend a "dumb bitch."
Hall's arrest is a significant blow to his career prospects, having been a standout player at Ohio State before entering the NFL. In his collegiate career, Hall recorded 29 pressures last season and was a two-time third-team All-Big Ten player. In 2023, he ranked second among Big Ten defensive tackles in pressures and achieved the highest PFF pass rush grade of 84.8 among his peers. His performance on the field earned him a spot as a reserve defensive lineman on the Browns' unofficial depth chart.
