Dwight Howard's Sexual Assault Lawsuit Dismissed

According to Harper, an individual known as "Kitty" was also present during the encounter, and both Howard and "Kitty" purportedly forced him into unwanted sexual activity.
Harper supported his allegations by providing screenshots of the Instagram conversations with Howard and an Uber receipt that confirmed his travel to Howard’s home. Despite these pieces of evidence, Harper never gave a formal interview to the police, which ultimately led to the suspension of the case. The police concluded that there was insufficient basis for pursuing further criminal charges against Howard.
In December 2023, Howard's legal team filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit, a request initially declined by a judge in February 2024. As the case progressed, public and media interest intensified, especially considering Howard's high profile in professional basketball.
Howard, 38, has had a storied career in the NBA. I ain't gotta deny it; I don't gotta talk about none of that crap. This s--- didn’t even happen. You worried about the wrong stuff. That's why it's called an accusation. Allegedly. Come on, man."
